Duo Booking
Book Together & Receive 10% Off
When two participants book together, each receives 10% off the participation fee.
The duo rate applies to two photographers booking together as well as professionals from different areas of the wedding industry.
The discount applies to the participation fee only and does not apply to accommodation or additional services.
Flexible Ways To Pay
50% Deposit
The standard reservation is made with a 50% deposit after the participation agreement has been signed.
The remaining balance is paid according to the agreed schedule before the event.
Instalment Plan
The participation fee can also be divided into 2, 3 or 4 payments, depending on the booking date.
Your place is confirmed after the agreement is signed and the required first payment has been received.
Pay Later
Pay Later services are also available for eligible participants.
Pay Later Services
These services allow eligible participants to split the payment according to the terms offered by the selected provider.
Depending on the provider and your eligibility, you may only need to make the first instalment at the time of booking, with the remaining payments collected later.
The number of instalments, approval and payment schedule are determined by the payment provider.

Complete the reservation form with your details, selected participation format and preferred payment option.
Receive Your Participation Agreement
Once your request has been reviewed and availability confirmed, we will prepare and send your participation agreement.
Review & Sign
Review the agreement and return the signed copy to us.
Make Your First Payment
After signing the agreement, you will receive the payment details for your selected payment option.
The standard deposit is 50%. If you choose an instalment plan or an eligible Pay Later service, the payment structure will follow the selected option.
Your Place Is Reserved
Your reservation is confirmed once we receive the signed agreement and the required first payment.
Final Details
Any remaining payments are completed according to the agreed schedule.
All practical information regarding the event will be sent to confirmed participants before the project.
