Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Zanegina Production, every wedding and event is unique. We are committed to providing clear and fair policies to ensure transparency for all our clients, including those using Klarna and Scalapay.

Booking & Deposits

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event. For payments via Klarna or Scalapay, the same deposit and balance rules apply.

Event Cancellation

• More than 90 days before the event — deposit retained, additional payments refunded.
• 30–90 days before the event — 50% of the total fee retained.
• Less than 30 days before the event — no refunds are available.
Note: Refunds through Klarna or Scalapay will be processed according to their standard procedures.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible with notice given at least 60 days in advance. Changes made later may incur additional costs. For Klarna or Scalapay users, rescheduling adjustments will be reflected in the payment schedule.

Important for Klarna and Scalapay users: Payments through these services follow the same deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies. Refunds and payment adjustments will be handled through Klarna or Scalapay in accordance with their terms.
